When the phone rang on the weekend of November 11th, I heard “Good morning, Michelle! I know we haven’t chatted in a long time, but I’ve been in prayer asking God, ‘Who is that I need to call to speak on the topic Purposed living in a Real Time…” I instantly knew the time was now! I said yes for the first time in years…
Due to health reasons, I had to get inside the bubble and get through that time with my family… I’ll tell you wonderful things about how we got through those times. We had a great time gathering and sharing with everyone how good God is and how He has a purpose for each of us. That specific day, I found the Lord led me to talk about being your own kind of beautiful, and when you really get that, you can do anything! A way to achieve that is to get inside the bubble and stay there…
We share a lot but when we left, we had a focus and a plan to walk through our situation. One lady said, “It changed my whole way of thinking”, another said, “I’m earthy”, another,” Her time is now” …
One of the things that was asked twice during that weekend was, “What did I feel everyone was looking for at the time?” I felt that God was saying that for people to understand or use the comparison of the Hallmark movies and how entire population is watching his Christmas movies I want to see. However, all they’re really looking for is his peace, family and unity. That’s something we need to work towards. I always come out of meetings and ask the Lord, “What did I get from that? What did I learn?”
That day, I learned that unity and love is the key. We were invited to lunch after the meeting, so we went to this little sidewalk café/Bible bookstore. To my amazement, it was the first week of Christmas. When I walked into that store, my heart leapt from joy so much that I felt my feet move with excitement. Today, the little café was filled with all calibres of people, having coffee with children and family and sharing the beautiful little menu sign at the very front of the door. I thought to myself, “This is exactly what I’m talking about when it comes to the Hallmark movies. This feels like a Hallmark movie”. What amazed me the most is as we sat down, our beautiful Mya, the owner of the Café/Bible store, was brought to our table to be introduced. She was the pastor of the sunrise church that I just spoke to in the ladies’ group. The Spirit of God was all over the place and I was truly blessed. Sometimes, when we give out, we don’t realize that we can be the ones to walk out of those meetings with more valuable insights than we could ever imagine. I truly believe that it was God ‘s confirmation that the time is now, and I should release so many techniques he taught me over the years. Mostly, about getting inside the bubble and staying there. From that meeting, I’ve been invited to speak at another meeting, held later from a national group. In addition, it’s been requested that I come back and speak to that group again sometime in the future. It was such a great day!
